Creator Withdrawal Throttle (Trustless)
All withdrawal limits are enforced by the PersonaTreasury smart contract:

Additional rules:
- Minimum reserve: $10 (below this, all withdrawals are blocked)
- Cooldown: 1 withdrawal per 24 hours
- AI wallet depleted ($0): AI goes offline automatically. Creator can top-up at any time
